New Delhi: The Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) system has helped the country achieve cumulative savings of ₹3.48 lakh crore by plugging leakages in welfare delivery, according to a new quantitative assessment by BlueKraft Digital Foundation. In a statement, the finance ministry shared the findings of the report, which stated that the DBT has proven to be a transformative tool.
