Airlines will operate barely 2% more flights in the summer than in the ongoing winter as supply chain problems have curtailed their growth.
The summer season starts from March 30.
Data shared by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) shows the regulator has approved 25,610 weekly flights in the summer schedule, compared to 25,007 weekly flights in the winter season.
